Returns and cancellation of orders
You can cancel an order by sending a cancellation message to support@yanaproviz.com
(Enclosed order number, full name and phone)
According to the law in the State of Israel, cancellation of the order is possible for 14 days only.
And in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and the regulations established pursuant to it, without detracting from the aforementioned:
1. Cancellation of the transaction by the customer is subject to the product being returned in its original packaging and without any use being made of it
2. It is not possible to return lost goods (such as liquid products of any kind), the product must be returned to us in its entirety, before it is used, and in its original packaging
3. Product returns will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt
4. After receiving the cancellation notice, the amount paid by the customer for the product minus 5% of its value (and no more than NIS 100), minus the shipping fees if they have been paid and minus the collection fees for the products if they were collected
5. Besides the option of collecting the products, the customer can send the products to our office by registered mail at his own expense. To get the shipping address, send an email to support@yanaproviz.com. The refund will be made to the means of payment in which the transaction was paid
Pay attention! We will not be able to issue a refund for a product that has been returned to us incomplete and/or not in its original packaging and/or that has been used. And of course it is not possible to make a refund against a product that was not returned. Also, it is not possible to get a refund for the shipping expenses, (if any) which you paid to receive the product or return it.
Did you receive a damaged product or a product that does not match the product you ordered? First, we apologize for that.
